Our beginning

A Thomas Dowe Solutions originated from our Founder being asked continually to solve relevant challenges. “How can we ensure that our organization’s investment into higher education aligns with our business growth plan?” “How can I get diverse Senior Medical Administrator candidates to accept our offer?” “We have a goal of hiring X amount of minority agricultural economists by 2029; where do we start and how do we identify the appropriate university partner?” “My professional playing career was 15 years; how can I locate investors who share in the vision I have for my foundation, so that I’m not exhausting my own resources?”

For close to 35 years, Dr. Dowe has found the answers to these questions, operating at the intersection of great people, innovative projects, and capital. His multifaceted career and national reputation as “the first call to make when I’m presented with an opportunity” (existing partner), has enabled Dr. Dowe to be a part of some of the most exciting conversations around the country.

His direct experience with public policy, governance, philanthropy, business, sports and entertainment, operations, human capital, economic development, and civic government places him in a very unique space, where he can add value over multiple sectors, numerous industries, and many geographic locations.
